Our initial research finds Stephen Chancellor, Paul Hudson and Kelly Peters to be owners and executives of Xzotto. To our surprise after doing a quick Whois Search we found out that this is a very new company. The domain was registered in March of 2008. New companies although to deserve scrutiny, they also deserve a chance as well.

This company provides the service of being a shared lottery group where members pool their risks and profits with others verses trying to assume the risk all by themselves. If you decide to purchase a lottery ticket through Xzotto, and that shared ticket is a winner, you’ll get a portion of the winnings based on how many people pooled their funds to purchase the ticket.

I was watching a video on Xzotto and a gentlement was saying that if you’re not involved it this company or are planning to get involved, that it’s a great opportunity and it’s changing the game of the MLM Industry. You setup software where you can build your own network of distributors as well as have a group of pooling which will enable you to purchase mass lottery tickets and to earn a lot of cash along the way. The thought and everything that’s been put into creating this software is changing the game.

Xzotto uses a peer to peer sales program, just like MaryKay. There are two reasons this business model works according to the company. They claim that people respond best still to the recommendations of friends and family. All peer to peer companies seek to help people achieve financial independence. They claim what can be more fun that managing software that manages large teams of lottery players.

You can even make money by playing by earning commissions. An an Indepentent Marketing rep, you sell recurring subscriptions to this software and will continue to earn commissions until they decide to quit. They manage all the subscriptions of your teammates. The cost for using Xzotto is $25.00 per month. You get $5.00 per month through vWallet. There is also the possibility of override commissions. They claim that you can earn up to $97,000 per month if you fill your entire matrix structure.

This program appears to work on a 5 x 7 Matrix Structure. For example on level 2 you’ll earn $3.00 per month overrides. Levels 3 and 4 you end up earning $1.00 overrides. Level 5 you end up earning $3.00 overrides. Levels 6 and 7 you earn $1.00 overrides. Just like any MLM Business, you’ll need people in your organization to grow this business. You’ll need to exploit web 2.0 and other social networking sites to grow this as fast as possible. You will either need a good mentor or a solid system.

What makes the Xzotto MLM Opportunity so exciting is that over 225 Billion Dollars of Lottery Sales are made Worldwide each year, but there’s no Multi-Level Marketing sales force attached to any of this. You can’t help but realize there’s a serious advantage attached to this, simply because you’re in a better position to acheive success when you’re selling a product that people really want.
