However, the FDA has a suggested dose of once in the morning and one at noon according to the website. No matter what anyone says, talk with your family physician just to be safe. There isn't anything better when it comes to medicine then trusting what the doctor says, it gives us that calm feeling. Are there any downfalls to using the Trivita B-12 Vitamin? It's a great question, but according to the website, there really aren't any side effects, and their F.A.Q. states there isn't an upper limit. We understand that may be true, but it wouldn't hurt to ask a doctor for his or her take on the subject. Other then that, it's not suggested to take this during the evening due to the ability to swing your energy levels, which could create a sense of insomnia with later complaints because something wasn't read correctly. Just remember if you don't feel comfortable, ask questions because you'll be happy you did in the end. |
