The Secret started as a book written by Rhonda Byrne and it teaches people, no matter what their goals or what their ambition is, the mode of thought or action that is necessary to get there.

While some dismiss it as another vehicle for positive thinking, other people have stated that the methods and processes found in The Secret have changed their lives. You may be wondering what this book can do for you and whether you should invest in the DVD.

On the one hand, The Secret does promote positive thinking and optimism.
