But the bottom line is, what is the Comp Plan? Is it true that the company uses a Binary plan which basically pays the guys at the top? No wonder so many big whigs are onboard. Isn't it true that the Binary only pays on the shorter of two legs? If this is true, your longest leg that you built with your hard earned energy does not pay out to you, but to the company. I'm no math whiz but that doesn't make good horse sense. Why would I want to build a huge organization only to have the bulk of my money go to the big guys at the top and not to ME? I'm more impressed with acquiring personal wealth than I am with name dropping about fat cats who are riding my coattails. Am I not supposed to notice or care that as an IR, I might be losing big money on a Binary plan? If Kris Kringle was a founder, it wouldn't matter to me if I wasn't being paid all of my hard earned money. So, what is the real story about the Comp Plan?
