Max International: Into the Mind of a Rising Star

For our next interview, we are going to be talking to Zvi Kowit from Union City, California. Zvi is a rising star in one of the hottest companies to hit the scene in decades: Max International. We have an exclusive insight into the mind of this leader.

Zvi holds a black belt in Krav Maga and has been training for over 25 years. He is the owner and head instructor of One World Self Defense & Fitness in Union City California which is a very successful self defense school. Also having an engineering degree from Cal Poly he’s no new comer to the world of working long hours to make a living.

The Interview with Zvi Kowit

Interviewer: First-off I just wanted to say thank you for taking the time to answer these questions. I’m sure you’re a busy man.

Zvi: Not at all. I’m always glad to take some time out of my day to talk about my business. You know in this business 90% of your success depends on who you choose to surround yourself with. As a leader I have learned that if you can’t stop to share your experiences with people, especially your team, you will never achieve great success.

Interviewer: That’s good to hear. Speaking of success, can you tell our readers a little about the company you’re making such great progress with?

Zvi: Sure. The company is called Max International based out of Midvale Utah and has been seeing explosive growth for the last few years for two very important reasons. The first is an exceptionally generous compensation structure and the second and most important is MaxGXL. This is a breakthrough product with absolutely amazing results.

The company was formed by industry leaders Steven K Scott (Creator of the Total Gym with Chuck Norris & Christie Brinkley), Gregory Fullerton (Co-Founder of Franklin Covey) and Fred Ninow ((Co-Founder of Franklin Covey) and is also in partnership with the world famous Guthy-Renker corporation (Proactive brand). Interviewer: Wow I had no idea Max International was so well represented. So tell me a little about this breakthrough product: MaxGXL.

Zvi: MaxGXL is nothing short, in my opinion, of one of the finest supplements ever created. There’s a ton of science and research behind the product and I won’t go into deep detail, but in short it’s a patented supplement that helps the body to produce more of the world’s most powerful antioxidant: Glutathione.

Listen I run a successful self defense school that takes up a massive amount of my time. Interviewer: Right, but that’s you. You’re a super successful guy. What about the rest of us?

Zvi: Well, what is success? If by success you mean that I created a great school and have a thriving business in Max International then yes, but here’s the key: I can teach anyone how to do what I do even if they have no experience at all. Experience has to be learned, so as a person looking into this business, you have to ask yourself “Do I think the person I am getting involved with can help me to grow my business?”

Interviewer: …and you are the right person for the job?

Zvi: I care about my team. When you join my organization I don’t teach you how to make sales, I teach you how to lead others, how to build volume in your business with a duplicable system. This is so important to understand. I am a busy man, I don’t have time to build your business for you, but I can show you everything you need to know and plug you into an extensive support model to build a massive empire for yourself which in turn helps me too. That’s how I choose to run my business and it’s done very well for me.

Interviewer: It sure has. Ok so I’m beginning to see that with the right product, the right company and the right organization you can really skyrocket your success in just a small amount of time per day.

Zvi: Exactly. Hey we all have to work at something. For some it’s manual labor, for others it’s behind a desk or the wheel of a car but at the end of the day we all give time in exchange for money. Truly successful people don’t do this. They let time work for them by creating more hours in the day.

You might only have 10 hours per week to spend on your business but if you can join an organization that can teach you how to leverage 10 others with 10 hours per week and now your business has 110 effective hours per week. Great leaders know this and this is what they teach their people.

Interviewer: You make a convincing argument. So convincing in fact you’re making me want to join!

Zvi: Always room for one more on the team.

Interviewer: Well this has certainly been an eye opening interview for me into what I think you’ve targeted in as they key points in growing a successful business. Any last things to add.

Zvi: Find a solid company that’s backed with real industry professionals. Find a product that works and that people are looking for. Join a team with a vision and system to take you to success. There are a million ideas out there and I’m not going to tell you Max International is the only good company. What I will say is that we have all the ingredients to make people successful. They just need to take the first step and get started.
