GBG Expert Review by Brian Garvin and Jeff West

By Brian and Jeff On March 29, 2009 Under MLM-Programs-G

On the surface the GBG income opportunity and its product looks to be something worthwhile. However, this is a MLM opportunity and while these may work for some people and some products, they do not work for everyone and everything.

That does not stop everyone from trying. With this particular product, the disclaimer reads that the product has not been evaluated by the FDA or GBG itself as to the validity of what it claims. Therefore, by taking this opportunity you are promoting a product, in this case a liquid vitamin, which has not been evaluated as to its effectiveness, the quality of the ingredients or that the ingredients are what they say they are.

Because this is also an MLM opportunity, it means that not only are you required to sell the product but you are also required to recruit others if you want to make a decent monthly income. These people have to be encouraged not only to purchase the product which is usually a requirement of maintaining your ability to sell it but also to sell the product to others and to recruit others in order to increase the levels that you receive income from.

Once you have sponsored your representatives and built your matrixes they only work if those representatives continue to purchase. If one drop out you loses that income, making it a highly volatile way of earning money, this is not to say that it does not work for some people. It is just not an opportunity for everyone.

GBG makes a number of claims that it’s product does all of these things but has nothing to back it up. Customers like to see that what they are purchasing especially something they are ingesting as it is in this case is something that is safe, approved and there is proof it does what it says it does. With no studies to back it up the product is working on testimonials alone which makes it a hard sell overall.

MLM opportunities are frequently found and often times are not as easy as they look. They sometimes require more than they advertise in purchases, marketing you do yourself, or you may end up making less than advertised. Despite the free offer for a free business, website and back office, training, inclusion into the GBG team and extensive marketing resources it is not all for free. In order to maintain membership you have to purchase at least one bottle a month of the specified product.

GBG training is usually hard to understand and not as complete as some may like and the marketing resources usually end up as advice on where to drop off flyers and place ads which you end up paying for the creation of and the placement fees. These marketing techniques may or may not then show results but in the mean time, you have spent money investing in marketing and the product of the free business.

Wow… This article is a bit off on many levels. Let me explain….

1st) The FDA does not approve or disapprove ANY nutritional products. Just go to any local health food store and check the labels. You’ll see they say the same thing as the GBG product label.

2nd) You say that because don’t get paid when people stop ordering “It’s a highly volatile way of making money. Isn’t that how ANY and ALL businesses work. If the customer stops ordering.. the income stops. This is just a fact of business. Fortunately GBG has an extremely high retention rate (I’ve seen a retention rate of 95% consistently now for several months). Many MLM incomes ARE volatile because the drop out rates are so atrocious. GBG does NOT fall into that same category.

3rd) MLM is NOT easy… It’s a business and business is NOT easy.. It requires work, dedication, and training. If you want easy… feel free to get a job, work in a cubicle and collect a check. As Jim Rohn says “the greatest things in life are located upstream from us”. Anything worthwhile will not be easy. I didn’t set the plan up. That’s just how it is.

4) As far as the training goes… GBG has some of the best in the industry. Millionaire network marketers training reps exactly how to make money in network marketing. What better training could you ask for?

Yes… I’m a GBG rep so you may say I’m biased… but here are the facts….

*Low auto-shop
*High retention rate
*14 years in business (great track record)
*Compensation plan built for success of the average person (Copyrighted)
*Great products
*Great tools
*Fantastic, authentic leadership from company president Stuart Finger.

GBG IS an awesome opportunity for anyone that really wants to generate residual income and live a life of freedom.

Paul is absolutely correct, this article is way off. I am also a representative for GBG. One thing that Paul did not mention is that GBG has an excellent sampling program that gives every distributor the How To build your business – simply hand out one free sample kit per day. No selling. Who says no to free. The sample kit comes with a DVD, a sample 10-in-One chewable vitamin and a full color postcard explaining the product. You will not find an easier or more powerful way to build an MLM business. Also, I don’t think Paul mentioned that the business is free. Yes, it is 100% free with a free website and landing page to boot. No catches, no gotchas, just 100% free business opportunity. And they are going world wide in 2011.

Stop saying the wrong thing to your prospects.
