Trading Forex takes a lot of time and talent to work properly. But if you can handle it there are people who make thousands a day doing it. Personally I don’t have the patience or stomach for it, but we know people who are very successful at it. But you have to get use to losing and winning trades.

I wonder how many people really walk away with enough money to retire using automated trading programs. Forgive the skepticism, but if the hype was real, why are so many people going from one program to the next?

I spent quite a long time trying different systems searching for what I hoped that would make me rich in the shortest space of time. But I eventually found that unless I learned about the forex markets I could not go head to head with them. Understanding them turned out to be my turn around and I found that by going through the learning process I could use various indicators that comprise my trading system to profit from the markets.

On top of this I also have a portfolio of automated systems running albeit on low risk settings. And they make me money, gradually the account builds up, but the newbies should realise that you wont make a fortune overnight, but rather using the power of compounding will eventually grow your small daily profits into a sizeable nest egg over time.

Thats the way I look at it and it works for me.

Personally I’m very sceptic to all kind of automated programs, especially in the forex market where robots and automated forex programs more often than not have a very high risk to reward ratio, meaning you risk too much of your trading capital on each trade, so even if you have a very high win percentage, you may lose large portions of your trading account balance when you do lose the occasional trade, and when you win you often get very small gains since those programs often overtrade with small profit targets.

In my opinion it is best to get a proper forex education where you are in complete control of your trading yourself. That being said, using robots and other automated forex programs may work if you are sure what you are doing. By running the programs at low risk settings, like andy said, you can make a decent to good steady income over time – but I recommend to only use that in addition to your own portfolio.

Forex Enterprise is a promising and interesting program however, that I am sure to look more into.

I agree, one thing to mention that I learned from a recent U.S. Government study is that by the end of the year 2010 more than 50% of the U.S. population will be self employed. Reason for this is the job loss and many others looking for alternate ways to earn income from home.
I appreciate you reviewing Forex Enterprise and it gives me a better perspective of what it can offer me. I believe Forex is a great way to earn a substantial income within a relatively short period of time and little investment. Thanks again!

I teach at a community college, and I have to agree, the number of people who will try to go into business for themselves will increase substantially in the short term. Maybe this system will be attractive to them.

Good post. There are a lot of things which is important to be aware of, before starting forex trading. Specially about the leverage! Using 400*leverage will kill your account faster than anything else!

I’m a real estate broker, and things have been tough lately, so maybe this is a way to “embelish the outline.”

Many people go in to forex without any training expecting a bot to do everything for them. So any system that actually trains gets my thumbs up. Also like to see other income opportunities rolled in there so that’s pretty cool.
