try following the directions..I would’nt eat the dips/spices on on their own..bblleecchh.I found them to be fresh tasting/smelling..etc..I personally think in this big box store economy,that it is great that a small business did this on it’s own without spending millions in advertising..There is a reason it is successful,and I doubt Sylvie would use your 5yr old herbs..If you don’t believe me ..Look up her “factory”

Has anyone tasted this stuff? My boyfriend bought some of this because it was a “fundraiser” (but he has no idea what for). I have tried to use it as I use dried herb mixes from my own organic garden, but have yet to get a tasty result. It is stale as stale can be! I don’t know why, the jars were sealed…
I have tried dip, salad dressing, meat rub for oven roasting at high temp, each time allowing the herbs a day to infuse into the base. The result…blechhhhhh!

Whatever the structure, whoever the owner, why are people selling something that is inferior? Some of my herbs are easily 5 years old, I don’t grow everything every year.
