Not only has over $700 investment gone unreachable, but also unexchangeable from Silver to Gold (since no one seems to provide this service at all anymore) and now can no longer login since the PIN robot mechanism absolutely does not work at all for me and no help nor support is available from anybody ( all I get is automated replies with no useful info ) Unless someone can solve my problems I would give e-Gold the maximum thumbs down as a probable total scam !!!
