These are unconventional selling techniques and according to Pete Iannelli the author, who quoted USA Today as stating that 7.4 million homes in the U.S. Market are currently for sale. However the conventional approach just isn’t selling many of these homes. Pete Iannelli started to sell his home by placing an ad in a classified paper.
