The structure of the management team for this organization is Ron Puryear and the top 20 Amway Executive Diamonds who manage and make business decisions. Every one of these top 20 men are either Executive Diamonds or are a Qualified Diamond with an extra Diamond Leg.
The World Wide Dream Builders or WWDB have different divisions that oversee the day to day operations. The main services they provide vary. The provide Professional Development Programs to Amway Global, formerly Quixtar IBO’s. The also provide eSolutions which are involved in developing software and web based services that keep IBO’s technology current. They have the Diamond Publications service which distributes self improvement books and related materials.
World Wide Dream Builders or WWDB also has an Executive Planners division which is involved in Tax and Bookkeeping services to IBO’s. Their Diamond Convention division oversees the major events and coordinates all of the details regarding these large events. Their CommuniKate Division is like their phone room. This is where phone calls, voicemail and things of this nature are conducted.
I read on another MLM Blog that one of the management team for WWWD Brad Wolgamaott, Double Diamond with Amway Global wasn’t showing up on their website recently but his wife Leslie still has her picture posted. Rumor has it that Brad and his wife may be having issues. Another verified report I read this year is that Quixtar teams qualified diamonds are down a few since last year. However these Diamond Teams still make collectively over a billion dollars of sales each year which is nothing to sneeze at.

Amway Global which is the main company being promoted by World Wide Dream Builders or WWDB has what they call a Stairstep Breakaway Plan. This type of MLM Compensation Plan tends to be highly weighted toward back end commissions. This means good sponsors tend to do much better than product pushers. So the mid and high level sponsors tend to do real well where the fresh fish tend to struggle more.
All in all, when making it in any MLM it’s not about the product its about the person and their love for the product. If they are passionate about the product and make a conscious effort to go out and learn the MLM Recruiting skills necessary for them to succeed, they will do it and make whatever income they want.
And no, Amway is no more saturated than McDonalds is which proves their is room for growth in any Network Marketing Organization. Tracy Monteforte and Patrick Monteforte started WT Powers back in 2001. I remember back in 2002 in my Life Force days I joined their program for targeted leads and to earn some extra cash. I must say the leads at that time were great as I’m sure they are now, and I was able to pull in some pretty big paychecks with these as well. Thousands of individuals from hundreds of different MLM Companies have joined this program and many have been able to build a successful MLM Enterprise using these Network Marketing Leads.
The WT Powers system uses the concept of team leverage to negation bulk deals on MLM Leads that the average person couldn’t acquire themselves. Think about it for a second. Then you’re consistently building a bigger MLM Business month after month using the leads that they give you and the more people you bring into their program of course the more money you will earn. WT Powers does pay a generous 35% commission on each person you bring into the program. They also offer a certain percentage of commissions up to six levels deep. On a more personal note, I have insider information that Tracy and Patrick Monteforte attend the MLM Cruise which is held in the later part of each year, with people like Brian McMullen, Shannon Denniston, Rod Cook, Dale Calvert and other top MLM Pros. Can’t wait until I’m able to attend this every year myself. I see WT Powers as an established MLM Company and have no problems giving this one a green light.

World Financial Group, also known as WFG is a company that services financial needs. The World Financial Group Associate is able to offer a broad spectrum of financial products and services from a long list of service providers.
A World Financial Group Associate work with clients that have large amounts of discretionary income as well as everyday folks like me. Associates need to live in the US or Canada to be able to work for the company and be able to provide the services.
World Financial Group is part of a worldwide insurance company. They say that unlike other insurance and financial institutions that offer their products and services from only one provider, that a WFG associate can find any product to fit any need. They are able to provide insurance, mutual funds, and other products.
What makes World Financial Group so different?
I searched their website to find the answer to this, to see if they truly are different. This is what I have found:
They provide the opportunity for you to be your own boss in your own business. (Same thing others provide). You can reach your dreams and help others reach theirs, (Still nothing different). You can help others by educating them on the financial fundamentals that can lead them to their dream, (still waiting). World Financial Group is there to help provide excellent support, (Okay), Innovative training programs, and field-mentoring business model for you to follow, (I am doing this review and I am still waiting to find the answer that they posted on their site).
(A little later), I found it, and World Financial Group is a company that is one of the few that is dedicated to serving financial needs of individuals and families that are often ignored or overlooked by the financial services industry. They want to provide financial education for the middle class who can learn from their latest financial concepts and solutions. Their goal is to teach the everyday person how to work toward their goals and achieve them.
From what I am gathering from my reading is that they have a great deal of support at their World Financial Group Headquarters to help you. I guess I was looking for something that was really different from the other companies that I have reviewed. They will help you build a strong business by teaching you how to grow a strong client base. They will teach you how to recruit and mentor new associates.
World Financial Group has a Business Format System (BFS), which is the core set of principles of their Turnkey Marketing System. When you are a registered representative with WFG, you will be able to offer clients securities related products and services. Normally and insurance agent would need a Series 6 or Series 7 license to do this. You will be able to provide Mutual Funds, Annuities, Life Insurance, IRA’s and Roth IRAs. You will be selling college funds/529 plans, Pensions/401K, brokerage services, mortgages, property and casualty insurance. You will be doing this through the company WRL and Pacific Life, American Skandia, Transamerica Retirement Services, and Allianz.
As I was not able to find their compensation plan, but they do state on their website that their Compensation System and Promotion Guidelines are subject to change at anytime. However, there is a lot of information regarding the Success Levels and how much the potential earning is along with the prizes.
There are a lot of very positive testimonials of very successful individuals and couples available to read and you will be able to hear from the Chairmen of the company. Again, I could not find any information on the compensation plan or the cost to become a World Financial Group Independent Associate. That information may only come from another associate once you contact them.
