Quorum International markets products that are innovative and very unique. They market consumer electronics, skin care, communications, health, and entertainment and self-improvement products. Quorum International was founded in America in June 1991 with a huge investment of US $40,000,000 from Applied International Holdings, Ltd. This Hong Kong, public company is one of the top Original Equipment Manufacturers in the world.
Quorum International sells technology-oriented products. They are responding to the market demands that their research have found, which are in US, Hong Kong, and Israel.
There are eight product lines:
1. Home Security – ELERT is a personal property protector. It uses motion –sensitive electronics that sounds a 103-decibel alarm.
2. Personal Safety – PAAL II can be held in your palm. When danger appears, just pull the pin and your PAAL II will explode with 103 degrees of ear-shattering sound.
3. Vehicle Security and Maintenance – IMMOBILIZER, since the release of this product, not one car has been report tampered with this installed. You car will not be able to start with this installed.
4. Heath and Life Sciences – Air treatment units, Clustered Water, variety of nutritional supplements and eye lotion
5. Skin Care – PRE’CIS Derma logics – Revolutionary technique of providing moisturizing and vitamin rich in the needed areas of your skin.
6. Weight Management – based on Paleolithic concepts of nutritional need. Lets your body function at a high level of energy and burn more calories.
7. Personal Productivity – Books and videos and tapes on personal power, time management, memory power, etc..
8. Consumer Electronics – products guaranteed lowest prices from famous manufacturers such as:
What makes Quorum International different? They are the first company to bring electronic products available for network marketing. They use the network to move the products from the manufacturer right to the consumer.
They are able to eliminate the huge advertising costs and usual distribution costs. This is how they are able to sell such high demand products at great prices. When you become a Quorum International distributor, you will receive a retail discount on every product you purchase for retail sales. As your sales volume grows, you receive an additional discount of 5 to 15% thought their Advantage Program. Then as you recruit and grow your business and sales grow, you will qualify for the “Achievement Bonus”.
There are also “Tri-level” bonuses from sales by distributors in your organization. Then it goes up from there when you reach level 6 in your network. You will then get promotion bonuses, builder bonus and compensation on products sold to your customer through catalogs and database marketing.
You also are able to get health benefits like discounts on health insurance, home insurance and travel discounts. As far as the cost to join, I was not able to find any information on that. I don’t know how much sales are required on a monthly basis. This will need to be looked into much farther as so much of this is very vague.
Just make sure Quorum International is what you really want to do because there is always a financial investment of some kind and you will lose if you don’t stick with it and work it faithfully according to their requirements. Some will make a living at this, some won’t. The odds in a MLM are 10% of all those in a network marketing plan will be successful; the other 90% will fail and lose money.

Quixtar is a company that offers business opportunity for recruits to have a web-based business of their own. They say this is a business like no other, they say that is truly performance based, rewarding their Independent Business Owners or (IBOs) on their efforts. They say their IBOs are rewarded more than $370.1 million in bonuses and incentives just for the fiscal year of 2006, and more than $2.2 Billion since 1999.
Quixtar is a sister company to Amway. They are both a part of the Alticor group. Jay VanAndel, who was one of the founders of Amway, founded Quixtar in 1999. The truth about the Amway and Quixtar sister companies is that they are both legal pyramid schemes.
So, when you think of Amway, think of Quixtar, or the other way around. Either way, they are pretty much the same. They both sell the same products, Artistry skin care and cosmetics, Nutrilite Vitamins and Food Supplements, the eSpring Water Purifying System, and their famous SA8 Laundry Products.
The way this company works is, first, there is the “Company”, which is the main selling product. Next, the distributors sell the Company product and Recruit new distributors to do the same. Duplication is the key for as far as it can go.
Quixtar products have to be sold in order for the distributors to receive bonuses for the sales made by their downline. The more sales your recruits make, the bigger the bonus you get. The little guys sell the product, and the big guys sell the company.
You can possibly become successful at this business model, but your family and friends may not like you. It seems to consume you and your daily existence because you are continually pumped up to work the business. Quixtar recommends you write everything you can on your taxes in order to build your business.
There is a rule in Amway that also applies to Quixtar since they are one in the same. The Direct Distributor has to buy back any unused products that can still be sold, from one of their distributors who is not moving their inventory fast enough or who wants to quit the business. They enforce this buyback rule.
Another rule they have is distributors cannot secure their bonuses solely on purchases of the product. They are required to “resell” at least 70% of the products they have purchased each month. And they have to sell to at least 10 customers or they do not qualify for a bonus that month. They will have to prove a sale to 10 individual customers each and every month.
Where has the American Dream gone? Has it come to not only selling products to make a profit, but also recruiting every person you ever meet and putting fear in everyone’s mind that you are going to approach them?
If you are seriously going to consider Quixtar, or even Amway, please ask the IBO that you are in contact with for a copy of their past 3 year tax return. This seems to be a big secret amongst the IBOs in Quixtar. Be insistent upon seeing them, because Quixtar likes to have their IBOs spend approx $6,000 on Quixtarproducts and they are making these IBOs broke. Nothing like what they are taught to project.
Your best bet would to look for a real direct marketing program, not one that is like a cult, where they learn what to say and what not to say. They become involved so much, that it almost becomes like a religion. Just be cautious and do your homework.

It looks like the Questnet Domain was registered in November 2000. From what I can tell it looks like their offices are based out of Hong Kong. They are an MLM Company that wants to harness the power of e-commerce and apply it to an MLM Program. The company claims to have had a Three Hundred Percent growth rate over 10 years. Then they added the Personal Development aspect of Network Marketing into the mix, which has created phenomenal growth within their enterprise.
Last year in 2008 Questnet crossed it’s 10th year mark as a leader in its field. What makes this MLM Company different from a lot of Network Marketing Companies you might come across, is that they are involved in selling their MLM Products in a wide variety of very popular and highly competitive and of course, very profitable niches. From what we can see this MLM Opportunity is available worldwide. I read a cool testimonial given from someone in Indonesia.
There are a lot of good aspects I noticed with Questnet as I continued my research. First thing that comes to mind is transparency. They are up front about the fact that they have a dedicated support team willing to help anyone get started. They are also very open about the fact that they’ve dedicated a lot of time and energy fine tuning a sales system that can seriously benefit anyone who decides to work their program diligently.
Another cool thing is that Questnet gives you a Personalized Website, which you can send people to. I always tell people to setup a website and capture subscribers before you send them anywhere else. I say this as a reminder to make sure you build your business at the same time you build someone elses. You will also be able to login to a Virtual Office, which keeps track of your purchases, commissions and the status of product deliveries.
Questnet does send out Periodic Newsletters, special promotion offers as well as custom marketing materials. The company also offers Network Marketing Training sessions. Their partner who provides this service is called The V. These people are some of the top dogs and leaders in the MLM Industry. This program even allows you to connect with a mentor and will assign one to you to personally work with you. This feature alone is worth a lot.
I must say that lots of MLM Companies I have reviewed in the past end up with pretty good MLM Support, but the problem in the end is that if you have a sponsor who is not doing their job, the only one you have left to turn to is the company or maybe someone higher up in the Food Chain. In many cases crosslines in programs don’t share full information although they try to maintain pleasantries in public. And if they can’t help you or won’t, then you pretty much need to fall back on your skillset or pickup skills somewhere else. But with Questnet you are guaranteed to connect with someone that’s already successful so you can soak up their knowledge.

When I did a Whois Search with Network Solutions on Qivana, I noticed that they registered their domain as of Jan 2009. This means that this is a brand new, ground floor company. Derek Hall is the CEO and Craig Johanson is the Chief Marketing Officer of this emerging Multi-Level Marketing Enterprise. Derek Hall has over 40 years managing businesses and tending to health care issues faced by us on a daily basis. It’s interesting to note that Derek owns several other thriving and quite popular Network Marketing Programs. Craig Johanson has an MBA Degree from Utah State University. Craig plays an active role in the Branding, Marketing, Event Planning as well as sales.
We did hear that some top producers from Xango, Tahatian Noni, NuSkin and Usana will be helping to launch the Qivana MLM Opportunity. This company plans on starting the pre-launch phase in March of 2009, but there’s a chance the full launch will be delayed until September or October of 2009. So from what we can tell so far this company is being administrated by two people with a ton of education, real life experience and the ability to deal with all the challenges faced when it comes to the complexities of rolling out a Multi-Level Marketing Business on a massive scale. They seem to take their time and do things right and have a long track record behind them to prove this.
Now lets get into some of the products they sell. When visiting the Qivana Website it appears that this company is offering a product called Qore Stabilize. This product normalizes your intestinal tract and enhances the immune system so your body will take over and become much more efficient at absorbing nutrients. The other product they offer called Qore Vitalize offers your body a unique blend of Asian Herbs that will assist you in reaching your peak potential. The third main product they offer is Qore Optimize. What Qore Optimize does is help purify your body by ridding it of excess, accumulated toxins in your body that tend to build up over time. This product even removes the harmful Heavy Metals from your system without depleting your body of essential nutrients.
Qivana even has a Scientific Advisory Board which includes Dr. Marcus Laux who is the Chief Science Officer. This man has an extremely credible resume which includes testifying in court regarding the Clinton Presidential Commission on Dietary Supplements on behalf of the NNFA not including many television and news engagements.
The people at Qivana admit that they can’t just hand you success on a silver platter. But they can take you by the hand and show you how to get there yourself, and always be there to guide you when you start taking a wrong turn. They state on their website that they really want to make you the best Entrepreneur you can be. And this company has the talent to back this statement up in our opinion.
And to top things off, we notice the company does have replicated websites for members. I thought this was cool right off the bat. According to the rep website I viewed, you can reserve your spot and they plan on rolling out April 2009. If you like the idea of selling nutritionals and are willing to work hard at first then this is one I’d look into.
