I don’t have a lot of information to go off of to review the Global Wellness Innovation SRL Network Marketing Company, but I’ll do my best based on the information I’ve been able to gather. As of now it seems they are only showing up in classified ad sites, as I haven’t been able to find their own website yet. It also seems like they are a trading company out of Bihor in Romania. The company claims to be one of the most diverse industries of this century. They cover the health and wellness industry and are involved in Multi-Level Marketing.

Global Wellness Innovation SRL claims it took them years to research and find the most outstanding products reps could sell to earn a passive residual income with. They claim now, after years of market research, that they have finally found the most trusted manufacturing companies that are now their partners for long-term business. The goal of this company was to create high ticket products in a myriad of diverse markets that combine the best organic products along with cutting-edge manufacturing techniques.

This company claims that by employing this strategy for sourcing products that their company will continue to grow for the long term. This companies mission and emphasis is on Innovation, hence their name. They claim that their name and their methods for introducing products for public consumption will give Network Marketers a chance to earn extra income. The products this company offers are Instant Coffee, Tea, Organic Beauty Products, Food Items, Herbal Remedies and Hot Drinks.

Global Wellness Innovation SRL claims that it is scheduled to launch in 2009. They are offering free registration during the pre-launch process. The company in the past claims to have created Twenty Five Country Wide, and Five Hundred International Premium Bonus Pool Sharing opportunities for the last 3 years in a row. So my hunch is that this company has done some pretty big things in the past already at least that’s what they are saying.

If you do decide to pay to join Global Wellness Innovation SRL you will be part of the Elite Club. All the Elite Club members will split 6% from the companies Country Wide monthly bonus value. You also have a chance to join the International Elite Club. These members will be splitting 2% of the Worldwide Bonus Value.

These benefits don’t include the normal MLM Compensation Plan attached to this company. I don’t have any details on exactly how the comp plan works yet, so these details are apparently forthcoming. However the company is able to charge only $44.95 per month for their service. And if you can bring in 2 people, you will break even and get your hosting free for as long as they stay in the program and pay for their hosting. The service also offers autoresponders and run your own Hot Conference Seminars.

The MLM Compensation Plan for GVO is a forced matrix. From watching their into video it appears that spillover is created, so the person above you will start building your business even if you don’t recruit anyone. You can even direct your spillover to any position of your choosing, which I’ve never seen before in a Forced Matrix Plan.

Since the product being Website Hosting which every serious marketers needs anyway

Once you have 14 members in your downline, and they do not have to all be referred by you personally, you get what is called a Bank Position. You can get unlimited numbers of these positions. You can place your Bank Position anywhere you choose in your matrix. The owners recommend you place them in a smart fashion.

For example if an MLM Heavy Hitter joins under you and asks what can you do for them if they join under you, you can just tell them you’ll give them one of your Bank Positions. And the Bank Position is a separate account and carries a separate username. Since you can place these Bank Positions anywhere in your Matrix, this allows you to get paid basically to infinity and allows the opportunity for unlimited growth potential.

A (2 x 10) full MLM Matrix is 2,046 people. Even if everyone was on the lowest package which is only $44.95 per month, a full matrix will earn you over $4,000 per month. You get paid even more if you personally refer people due to the matching bonuses involved.

The GVO opportunity would cater very well for someone that has a big Internet Marketing or Network Marketing list, they could earn a nice residual income pretty quickly. But I think it could be a great supplementary income stream to anyone in Network Marketing to sell Website Hosting to their downline for extra income.

Gliffik sells a lot of very unique products in quite a variety of topics. Everything from cute cats to skull tie clips are available. The site is arranged by categories starting with animals and ending with sports. They have a comedy section which offers a few funny T-Shirts like one that says “My Dad is Bigger Than Your Dad” and has a figure of a very ugly muscle bound creature on the shirt. But from a technical standpoint the site does look really well organized. I can attest to this personally since I also operate an Online Retail Store at Poker Stars Direct.

There seem to be about 33 total sections within the Gliffik retail store, and each section seems to sport an average of 8 products. I think they really have a couple of very cool Dog Tag style pendants. One of them being the Zombie Hunter that looks like a Dog Tag with a pistol in the middle. If you are in the Babies market, they do have some very cute Infant Bibs you can sell. They have a few car skins for sale and it looks like one is made for handicapped folks.

If you are into spirituality items Gliffik offers religious items that are mixed with humor. In the sports section, if you are into Poker, they offer a Poker Bracelet with 21 Poker Terms as well as a Poker Champ Bracelet, could make a great Christmas gift to any Poker Player. If you are a baseball fan, you can get a 1st Home Run baseball as well. And of course they offer a Real Fisherman jersey for the fisherman in your life. If you are looking for a glass cube vase, they offer a few of these.

I never even heard of Infant Burp Cloth until I visited the Gliffik website. If you are a Save the Planet fan they offer a few water bottles. One is a “Lets Save the Planet” bottle. And if you are a fully insulated Travel Mug lover, you can get one of their travel mugs. And yes they have a few Steins as well. I usually use steins to drink my sodas. If you are searching for Organic Baby One Piece items you’ll find a dozen different types here. Do you have a dog? You can choose from about seven very unique designs for him I don’t think you’ll find anywhere else in the world.

I’m not sure what an Infant Swaddle Blanket is, but there are a few of them you can choose from at the Gliffik website. If you are from Chicago you can pick yourself up a Chicago Adult Cuff. I must say that this site offers some of the most strange but unique products all wrapped up in one retail store I’ve ever come across. I’ve seen hundreds of retail stores in in last 11 years on the net, and all of them are built around a theme, like Poker, Furniture, Golf, Fishing Gear, etc..

The Gliffik store is all over the place. If you have a website that could cater to everyone, adding this program could easily plug you into another income stream and get you compensated 3 levels deep. As a reseller you have two options. You can join as a free member. You’ll receive 10% on all product sales. Or join as a Pro Member which is only $24.99. Your MLM Commissions start at 15% and escalate higher depending on volume. You also get 3% on direct referral sales, 2% on level 2 sales and 1% on level 3 sales as a paid member.

Cost of this card is $189.95 plus an $18.95 monthly subscription fee. The website includes a coupon printing demonstration so interested parties can see how this option works. The Condo Card offers members discounts and rebates to thousands of hotels and resort locations around the world.

These cards have an expiration date of ten years and can be purchased for a value of up to $25,000.00. Guardian International Travel also has a Cruise Card and opportunities in Asia. Prices for the cards are not clearly specified. The company offers special discounts for children as well.

There are four levels of memberships available by the company. They range in price from free to memberships costing over two thousand dollars. Getting started is fairly simple. After signing up, members make an initial purchase of at least $550.00 on a Condo Card. Each level of membership is awarded their own website similar to the company’s main site, back office privileges, and the ability to purchase products at a wholesale price. Profits are earned when the purchased product is sold at the retail value. The member then receives the difference in a commission check awarded on the fifteenth of each month. Unfortunately, according to industry information, Guardian International Travel has not issued a commission check since Feb of 2007. There are a lot of negative things being said about the company and they are no longer accepting or paying any members in any of their companies. And soon GIT leaders and members are gonna put Hawke and Elliott’s head on chopping blocks.

This venture is definitely not for a low-income or fixed income member. Getting started is quite expensive and many travel agents offer the same types of discounts at a more reasonable rate. With the negative things that have also been said about the company, and the fact that Guardian International Travel has not issued a check in 11 months (as of 12/2007), and the potential legal issues they will face soon, this is not a lucrative business, a guaranteed loser. Potential members would be better served by looking into another company to allocate their discretionary funds.

As long as you have an opportunity that allows for the top deals 9 times out of 10 you will find an income above what you have been making in most cases.
