But what I’m wondering about is the long term potential of Ez Wealth Solution. As a general rule, in order to make long-term cash which I define as easy passive residual income that comes in over a period of a year or longer without you having to do anything. In my opinion, the only way to achieve this is through a health product or something that takes away someones pain or offer them better nutrition. This product doesn’t fulfill the highest order needs of a consumer.
That doesn’t mean that someone couldn’t walk away with tens of thousands of dollars in cash if they promoted this hard. So it ends up being a matter of preference in the end for the consumer. Do you want the quick cash that will last about a year or two, and promote a system that counts on repeat sales, or would you rather work a bit harder and have a chance to keep customers for years. I think the Ez Wealth Solution company is honest, they seem to pay out on time but they aren’t going directly after the baby boomers.
Texas Billionaire Trey White Launching Evolv Health
Trey White is a Texas Billionaire that wants to get his feet wet in Network Marketing. He owns a company called White Ventures Limited. His company owns controlling interest in six very profitable companies already. He is particularly known for his donations of gift baskets to terminally ill children. He has also donated to the Local Boy Scouts, the Fire Department and other local charities.
The company he is preparing to launch will be called Evolv Health. The leading product will be a neutraceutical beverage. Right now Evolv Health is in prelaunch so signing up is free at the moment. Eventually there will be an upgrade where you will have to pay to become a member.

One of their products is AntiOxidant Strips. These are supposed to neutralize free radicals that can proliferate in your system and assist in the anti aging process, as well as help with healthy bones and organs. The company also offers Electrolytes Plus Strips which are made to be taken before workouts, and are supposed to replace the electrolytes in your body prior to exercise, regulate hydration and help you achieve peak muscle and nerve function.
Another product Enlyten offers are their Melatonin Strips which help reduce mental and physical stress as well as promote a night of sound sleep. They also offer Appetite Suppressant Strips which helps curb your appetite and help you manage your weight. I must say that these products could help, but only if you are on a consistent exercise regimen. I personally work out at least 2 times per week. I try to make it 4x a week but sometimes I get so busy I can only make it 2-3 times. The point is I wouldn’t recommend anything like this unless you supplement it with a good diet and exercise program. This goes for any nutritional supplement for that matter. Exercise itself tends to burn fat and in my opinion these products only act as a catalyst for people already doing things right.
Each of the Enlyten products are sold only by MLM Distributors of the company. If someone were go to to their main site and place an order without being referred by another rep, they would be randomly assigned a distributor who would take credit for that online order. They have an opportunity video on their website that discusses the MLM Compensation Plan in great detail which includes 13 revenue streams, unlimited width & depth and long-term residual income.

The company claims that if just you and everyone in your organization just gets their 3 people into their MLM Program, that you would be earning $1800 per month within a short time. This is their way of saying that you can create your very own stimulus package instead of depending on the government to do it for you.
The Efusjon Matrix works on 15 levels. There are around 131,000 spots in the matrix to fill it. The Matrix works from top to bottom and left to right. There is no compression in this matrix. This means the spots are filled or they are empty. What this means is that if a spot becomes empty, it is filled by the next enrolled associate, from top to bottom and left to right, and no one moves up. The company calls this MLM Comp Plan the “Power of 3″.
The products Efusjon offers are energy drinks enhanced with caffeine. Their brands are Edge, Raw, Breeze and Dawn. The Edge is an Acai Berry drink with a Caffeine enhancement. Raw is another Acai Berry drink that is Antioxidant Rich and is supposed to speed up your metabolism. The Breeze drink has Mangosteen and Caffeine and has not been released yet, but the company claims it is coming soon. The Dawn drink contains Quercetin and Caffeine and is also supposed to be released in late 2009.
Efusjon has conference calls every Monday evening. The information regarding the time of these calls is posted on their website. Their website also has prior recorded calls you can listen to or even download. The company says that even though these drinks are loaded with caffeine, that they also contain very healthy ingredients as well. This allows the consumer to get on with their busy day while at the same time taking in some vital nutrients required to sustain their health and well being.
You can join the Efusjon Energy Club. When you do this, you will be able to choose which drinks you want to consume on a monthly basis, and you’ll be charged on a recurring basis to do this. The company claims that once you join the team, they have elements in place that will compensate you from other peoples organizations and not just your own so everyone benefits here, even the distributors that have problems bringing in new people.

Direct selling is relationship based while network marketing focuses on building a network of direct sellers.
Escape International’s website boasts that everybody who wants to be a seller for Escape International can get started for free. They seem to be very excited about offering their business model for free! The only problem with getting the free information about Escape International’s income program is that you have to sign up for it before you get a look at the business model.
This might have been fine if it were not for two things. The first reason not to sign up for Escape International is.. you can’t. When you go to the “Get Started” page on the Escape International website, you are taken to a very general description of the two major earnings methods. Then you are presented with a link that says “Click Here to Join Now.” When you click on that link, you are taken to another page that welcomes you to Escape International and then presents you with a “Sign up now” link.
When you click on the Sign up Now link, it takes you to a page with a blank box. In the box you are supposed to type the number of the Representative that referred you to Escape International. What if you weren’t referred? Well that means that you are out of luck. Leaving the field blank and hitting enter only brings up the same exact page. There is a “Contact Us” link on the front page of the site, so it might be possible to contact Escape International directly and ask them for a referral number.
The second reason not that you should not sign up before reading the Escape International business model is that the site provides no privacy policy! Why would you give out your information if you aren’t allowed to read the privacy policy first? Any company that won’t tell you up front what it will do with your personal information is not worth joining.
Another reason to not join Escape International is the complete lack of any specific information about how to sell the products or how the company’s compensation plan is set up. While there is something to be said for confidentiality, why would you sign up for something when you don’t know what it entails?
We think that this is a company that should be passed by. With all of the income opportunities available out there, Escape International is just too sketchy for our taste.

On April 20, 2000, the US District court of the District of Nevada ordered Equinox to shut down and liquidate their business. The Federal Trade Commission has been watching pyramid-marketing schemes for a long time. During this time, they have found many fraudulent complaints. There are many network marketing companies that are legitimate, but the FTC is out to protect the consumers against fraud.
The Federal Trade Commission has proposed new rulings for Pyramid Marketing. In the explanation by the FTC have alleged violations against Equinox Corporation of state securities laws; deceptive trade practices laws, false advertising laws, pyramid laws and licensing requirement laws.
According to the allegations in the complaint filed with the court, Equinox operated a multi-level marketing company that offered distributorships for products. Because of this, the FTC is watching MLMs more closely than ever before. Pyramid schemes come in so many forms that they are hard for us to recognize them. But Equinox does share one characteristic. Equinox promises the consumers or the investors large profits based mainly on recruiting others to join their programs, but what makes this an important factor is these profits are not based from any real investment or real sale of goods to the public.
Some companies may claim to have a product, but this is a disguise to hide the pyramid structure. There are two signs to look for in a multi-level marketing company that will tell you if it is a pyramid. They are “Inventory Loading” and a “lack of retail sales”. The Inventory Loading is when they require you to buy more products than you could ever sell, usually at very high prices. When this happens, the people at the top make a huge amount of profits in one swoop. The people at the bottom are making huge payments for these products that are difficult to sell.
Another aspect of a Pyramid scheme is the promise of an ongoing commercial relationship where they will recruit new prospects to operate their own business selling products and services. They may offer training and advertising for their investment and promises of a successful career.
Since 1990, the FTC has brought 20 cases in pyramid schemes under the Section 5.79. During the time from Jan 1997 to December 2005, the FTC staff had observed 17,858 consumer complaints reporting against pyramid schemes with over $46 million in damages.
Just for an example of the kind of money these pyramid schemes took in, one program attracted more than 150,000 consumers who together paid over $80 million during a 3-year period. With Equinox, consumers have lost over $40 million dollars and Skybiz.com $20 million. It has been shown when consumers join these schemes, they make their investment, but eventually drop out losing everything. The drop out rate is shown to be 90 percent of more, and they will never recoup their investment.
