Buzzirk Mobile and Global Verge Multi-Level Marketing Program Review
Global Verge appears to be the main marketing website for Buzzirk Mobile. At the time of this review, the Buzzirk Mobile website was undergoing renovations but the Global Verge Website looked just fine. The Global Verge Website was registered in May 2008. The Buzzirk Mobile website was registered in March 2006. That being said, the rest of my review will be based on what I find on the GV website.
First I want to mention that GV has a beautiful, cutting-edge looking website. In fact, it’s one of the most nicely designed network marketing websites I’ve reviewed. The premise of their Business Model is to provide wholesale products to MLM Distributors which can in turn retail these products. These products are exclusive to their company and include niche markets like Security, Water, Communications, Travel and the Retail Sector as well as other markets. These are products that people need and use every day.
Global Verge was created in October 2008 to fill a gap in the business world that the management team didn’t feel was being currently met. They combined direct marketing and traditional marketing and welded them both together as one force. They also want to help people who are out of work due to these rough economic times have a company they can depend on to sell everyday products people need to earn extra income from home.

For example, one rep might join Global Verge just to sell their water machines and to sell clean drinking water because that is their passion. They also have a giant communications division which includes Buzzoip, Fathom and Buzzirk Mobile. The company uses many different types of communications devices. They offer technology that goes on your PC, your cell phone, virtual and router based.
The owner was asked about what drove has passion at Global Verge. One of the things he said was him and the team came from a background of Traditional Marketing, and somewhere along the way, they fell in love with Direct Marketing. They like the idea of being able to approach almost any company with the diversity of products they offer, and show them how they can become more successful by working with them.
Global Verge has its headquarters in Lees Summit, Missouri. First they offer the Hub Marketing concept, which allows associates to purchase products at wholesale and sell them at retail. They also allow 5 ways to earn income within the company. This MLM Compensation Plan is anchored by a 3 x 9 Matrix.
This matrix has not only vertical but horizontal compression as well. 100% of matrix commissions are paid out leaving no breakage. They also have a Global Bonus Pool, Up-Line Retail Commission Earnings as well as up to 50 percent matching bonuses. This company pays out 80% of every dollar they take in. A new associate can begin for as little as $14.95 per month on the intro plan, $39.95 for the basic plan or as much as $99.95 per month on the pro plan. There’s also a small one-time setup fee for each level.

* Pro Pack – $99.95 per month ($149.95 first month)
This package qualifies associates for maximum payouts on bonus pools and matrix commissions.

The Global Verge International Commission Plan
The Global Verge International commission plan is one of the most lucrative plans in the Affiliate Sales industry. Most companies talk about having lucrative and fair pay plans, Global Verge proves it.
1. Seller Retail Commissions: Commissions earned on competitively priced retail sales.
2. 3 x 9 Flex Pay Plan: Forced matrix by placement under first available location under sponsor.
3. Global Bonus Pools: Company wide bonus pools coming from every e-associate’s monthly subscription.
4. Matching Bonuses: This bonus is figured on the monthly Matrix commission earned by each personally sponsored associate.

Global Verge Corporate Matrix Compression
“FIRST in the Industry”
Our matrix compression is unique in that it has complete vertical and horizontal compression,
meaning we pay out 100 % of matrix pay with NO breakage.
Vertical Compression: The matrix pay system compresses up vertically (for pay purposes only) to eliminate all non-active positions for that month. For example: If there is a non-active position, the system uses a unique algorithm to bypass the non-active position and rolls up the commission to the next qualified position. After compressing all of the commissions’ vertically, as described above, it next calculates and pays each position a maximum of nine levels deep. All the other active positions on the same line are not affected.
Horizontal Compression: Horizontal Compression begins at the bottom of the company wide matrix and searches e-associate by e-associate looking for slots that haven’t been paid out. It then starts searching through the placement matrix looking for the highest qualifying position eligible for commissions.
Product Up-line Commissions
Global Verge pays upline commissions after the sale is made.
* This pool is for the top twenty associates who have the most personal sales in a product category.
* Only those who have achieved the level of Diamond or above are eligible for this pool.
* There is a Top Products Pool specific for each product category.
Matrix Payout:
* A portion of every retail sale is shared evenly, 9 levels up in the matrix, from the associate’s position making the retail sale.
Product Coded Bonus:
* This bonus is coded per product category.
* The up-line genealogy is permanently coded at end of each month based on the associates highest rank (Diamond and above).
* All of the available monies in this payout are divided in the following way: Enroller 30%, Diamond 25%, Double Diamond 25%, and Triple Diamond 20%.

Hey Terry,
As far as I can tell they do source these products from other larger manufacturers. So if they do indeed create their own exclusive line of course they’ll be the prime mover of these. The major advantage of this is twofold:
1.) They can make a heftier profit margin selling their stuff via MLM Distributors
2.) They can also co-label their brand to other companies. When Gucci did this with their clothing line their business took off into the 9 digits very quickly when they moved their clothing line to the U.S.. Unfortunately internal family competition and greed almost later destroyed their business and the family had to sell it off to other corporate giants. The story behind it is mind boggling.
If Global Verge saves its pennies from this venture they could definitely afford to do it if they wanted to.

I belong to global verge and it is not what they say. They have taken money after they said they would not and the worst customer service. I have been told that in 7-10 days I would get my money that was July and it is Sept. now and still no money. Now you just never get anyone either via their phone support or email.
I have left messages and sent via their email support. The messages you leave are never returned. All I keep getting is emails about 2 weeks later saying that if my email has not been answered to send it again. I did that and then about two weeks later the same thing.
I have been in it since may and still no phones which is the only reason I signed up. I did not want to sell $2000.00 water machines or $300.00 energy savings. My upline which is a triple diamond is telling us to “RUN”. He also told us he felt we were being scammed because all they do is LIE and follow that up with another LIE!
Since we have lost contracts for phones and now they are telling us that they have another phone that will do the same thing as the last phone and more. Whether or not they do they still have not produced. It is the same thing they said when I first signed up. “It’s coming” in days, now weeks, the first of Sept., Next week over and over again. From what I have read they used to have another company and people were left high and dry!
If you do decide to join wait until it comes out because if you did like me, I had to tell the people I love I had gotten them into a bad business deal!

Melissa you have heard correct, Global Verge is the 3rd reincarnation of BizzBuzz and E-Verge, two former failed phone MLM’s run by the same management of GV/Buzzirk where many people were left high and dry and ultimately out of pocket.

Hey everyone, I am a communications expert, you must realize to bring us a mobile product of this magnitude will be life changing! This is a communications device, with many technical integration to get it plugged into the network. Who would have known the other company could not deliver on their product? As a result we wasted valuable time, Ted is working himself to the bone, to insure we all have what we waited for. This is an amazing opportunity today and even if I had to wait two more months to make more money than I ever dreamed of, I would still wait. I feel we are so close to the product which will change lives for a long time to come. All Considering

These guys must not be real intelligent to put a link on the new website that leads to this page with all the bad publicity they are getting. I too have lost money with these two drunks and have found that they will burn their bridges on their own. Anyone gotta good lawyer?
When i found out that Buzzirk/Zero1 dropped them so did I. I did love the phones though. I think I will try later to see if Buzzirk gets out of their contract. I will be first in line to jump on with them when they shake loose the fleas they have now.

I would like to say that over my 10 years of being in business, conventional
or network marketing, direct sales, an affiliate marketing that most people
that are invited to join a business opportunity forget or don’t realize
what being in business is all about, most of the people have never had
the experience of starting out a business, from scratch.
I have if any of you have not received your refunds from global verge
it’s your responsibility to contact your credit card companies and
help them get in contact with the company. there are alternative channels.
I personally received my money back but I rejected because I wanted to be
part of this company’s birth, even though it’s one years old it’s still
very young and when people joining new company’s, they have to expect
growing pains.

these guys are the hardest working, determined, ethical businessmen
I have seen in a longtime. I know there has been personal issues
that happened many years ago with one of the cofounders,
but we all make mistakes he has excepted his punishment, his embarrassment
and the burden that he must there for that mistake, but he was man enough
to work out his repayment to society, and has complied to his responsibilities.
if you are in network marketing someplace in the world you are always at risk
for breaking the laws and may currently be doing so and not even know it,
the industry has such a gray area and is very unregulated that anybody
could be sued at any time, it’s the nature of the business
companies that want to succeed must higher very professional attorneys
in this industry in order two navigate and global verge has if you don’t have
the stomach, to be involved in a start up don’t joined, if you are any
courageous, and determined person that understands the advantages
of being in earlier on and except the possibility of a higher failure rate.
the rewards are definitely worth it, that is to take the chances.
you could joining, some of the longtime 50 years or older companies
but some of them have a 100% attrition rate for new distributors.

Does anyone have any idea when these phones etc. will become available? I just started looking at this company because someone mentioned it to me.. with my little knowledge about Global Verge I am a bit skeptical simply because the phones are not even available? If you have more info, I am listening.
