Users can create income streams through AdCalls by weekly retail sales, weekly Team Building Organization bonuses, weekly Matching bonuses, Monthly residual income bonuses and quarterly Leaders Bonus Pool. Commissions are made by referring others and personally selling AdCalls products or advertisements.

Matching bonuses pay 25% - 100% of personally sponsored organizations; a National Agency Owner who sponsors Agency Owners who earn $1,000 in Team bonuses will receive 50% or $500. Matching bonuses are separated into four types: Regional (RAO) earns 25%, National (NAO) earns 50%, Global (GAO) earns 75% and Presidential earns 100%. Nine levels of compensation for Representatives and Agency Owners through the Monthly residual bonus is based on the number of sales each member of a team makes. Agency Owners with National, Global or Presidential status receive a quarterly 3% return based on individual organization volume during that quarter; AdCalls refers to this as the Leaders Bonus Pool.

AdCalls also offers non profit organizations a chance to earn money for their cause through sales of international phone cards. Cards sell at $5 each with 50% commissions on every sale.
